Hospitality & dining

People choose where to eat on their phone. Give them something recent to read.

Two sittings on a Friday, a full room for Sunday lunch. Ratezing asks every guest who booked, and the QR code on the table reaches the ones who walked in, so new reviews keep arriving.

  1. Tonight’s bookings, asked tomorrow

Import the evening’s reservations and schedule the requests for the next day, once guests have slept on it.

  2. A code for walk-ins

Walk-ins don’t leave an email. A QR code on the table, the menu or the bill takes them to your review page.

  3. What diners mention

Topics show what keeps coming up, from the wait for a table to the dish people come back for.

Questions restaurants and hotels ask us

Straight answers about setting Ratezing up in a restaurant, hotel or bar.

Can our reservation system send a request after each booking?

Yes, through the API, webhooks, Zapier or Make, so a request goes out once a booking is marked as done.

A regular eats here every week. Will they be asked every time?

No. If a guest was asked recently, Ratezing won’t ask again, however often they come back.

Can guests tell us something privately?

If you turn it on, the review page offers a private message below the review sites. Every guest sees the same sites and the same option.

Every guest leaves with a story. Let them tell it.
