Reviews for law firms
People choose a lawyer at a hard moment. Reviews help them decide.
Ratezing asks your clients when you choose, by text or email, with a general message and one page of the sites they already use. You decide who gets asked. Every review plants a tree, whatever it says.

When the matter closes
A text or email once the file is closed, addressed to the client by name. It thanks them for choosing you and says nothing about the matter.

Your choice, client by client
Nobody is asked unless you send the request or set up the rule that does. You choose who hears from you, and when.

Across your offices
Each office has its own review page and links, so every review counts for the team that did the work.

Questions lawyers ask us
Straight answers about setting Ratezing up in a firm.
Does Ratezing know anything about our cases?
No. A request knows the client’s name, email, phone and language only, so it never mentions the matter.
Can we choose which clients are asked?
Yes. You send requests one at a time, from a list you upload, or through the API, Zapier or Make, and only to the clients you pick.
Is the tree a reward for the client?
No. Ratezing plants a tree for every review the firm receives, whatever it says. The client isn’t offered anything for leaving one.
Which review sites do law firms use?
Most firms start with Google. Avvo, Lawyers.com and Facebook are there too, and you choose which ones your review page shows.
Every closed matter is a chance to be found. Let your clients tell it.
