Reviews for online stores

Online shoppers can’t try before they buy. Reviews do that for them.

Ratezing asks every customer once the order has arrived, by email or text, and gives them one page with the sites they already use. Every review plants a tree, whatever it says.

  1. After delivery

When your store software marks an order delivered, the request goes out through the API, webhooks, Zapier or Make.

  2. Every marketplace, one view

Amazon reviews, seller feedback and Trustpilot arrive in one place, with an alert when a new one comes in.

  3. When a wave looks wrong

Review Defender spots a sudden burst of suspicious reviews and helps you gather the evidence to report them.

Where shoppers look

Amazon and Trustpilot first. The rest, if you want them.

Shoppers check Amazon for the product and Trustpilot for the shop. Amazon Seller Feedback and Facebook can sit on the same review page, and you choose which sites it shows.

Questions online sellers ask us

Straight answers about setting Ratezing up for an online store.

Can a request go out automatically when an order is delivered?

Yes. Your store or order software starts it through the API, webhooks, Zapier or Make. The request knows the customer’s name, email, phone and language, nothing about the order.

Does Ratezing send Amazon’s own review requests?

No. Ratezing sends its own email or SMS, linking to your review page, to customers whose details you hold. For Amazon orders, Amazon’s rules on contacting buyers still apply.

Is the tree a reward for the customer?

No. Ratezing plants a tree for every review a business receives, whatever it says. Customers aren’t offered anything, and every customer sees the same sites.

Which review sites do online stores usually use?

Many start with Trustpilot for the shop and Amazon for the products. Amazon Seller Feedback and Facebook are there too, and you choose which ones your review page shows.
