Reviews for local retail

Shoppers look you up before they walk in. Give them something to read.

Ratezing asks customers after they buy, by text or email or with a QR code at the till, and gives them one page with the sites they already use. Every review plants a tree, whatever it says.

  1. At the till

Payment done? Staff send the request in seconds from the counter computer, with no sign-in at every shift.

  2. On the counter and in the bag

A QR code by the till, on the receipt or in the bag takes customers to your review page whenever they’re ready.

  3. Across your shops

Each shop has its own review page and links, so every review counts for the store that earned it.

Where shoppers look

Google first. Then wherever your customers are.

Google is where most shoppers check opening hours and reviews before a visit. Facebook, Yelp and Yellow Pages can sit on the same review page, and each customer picks the site they already use.

Questions shop owners ask us

Straight answers about setting Ratezing up in a shop or showroom.

Most customers pay and leave. How do we ask them?

With the QR code at the till, on receipts or in the bag. When you have a name and an email or number, staff send a request from the counter too.

Can our till or online shop send the requests?

If it connects to Zapier or Make, or your developer uses the API or webhooks, a request can go out after each sale.

Do we need to install anything in the shop?

No. The front desk runs in the browser. A manager sets up the counter computer once, and staff send from there.

We have several shops. Can each one have its own page?

Yes. Every location gets its own review page, links and QR code, and reports show them side by side.

Every customer walks out with an opinion. Give it somewhere to go.
