Reviews for hospitality and dining

Guests read reviews before they book. Ask every one after they leave.

Ratezing asks every guest after the meal or the stay, by text or email, and gives them one page with the sites they already use. Every review plants a tree, whatever it says.

  1. The morning after

A text or email the next day, addressed to the guest by name, while the meal or the stay is still fresh.

  2. On the table and the bill

A QR code on the table, the menu or the bill takes guests straight to your review page, with nothing to download.

  3. Across your venues

Each restaurant or hotel has its own review page and links, so every review counts for the place that earned it.

Where guests look

Google and Tripadvisor for a table. Booking sites for a room.

Diners search Google and Tripadvisor. Hotel guests read Booking.com and Expedia. Yelp and Airbnb can sit on the same review page, and each guest picks the site they already use.

Questions restaurants and hotels ask us

Straight answers about setting Ratezing up in a restaurant, hotel or bar.

We don’t always have a guest’s contact details. Can we still ask?

Yes. Put your review page QR code on tables, menus, bills or key-card holders. When a booking gives you a name and an email or number, send a request too.

Can our booking system send the requests?

Yes, through the API, webhooks, Zapier or Make, so a request goes out after a reservation or a check-out.

Which review sites do restaurants and hotels use?

Restaurants usually start with Google and Tripadvisor, hotels with Google, Booking.com and Expedia. Yelp and Airbnb are there too, and you choose which ones each review page shows.

How do we keep up with reviews on all those sites?

Every review from 20+ sites lands in one view, with an alert when it arrives. AI reply drafts give the team a starting point to edit.

Every guest leaves with a story. Let them tell it.
