Reviews for software companies
Buyers shortlist software from reviews. Make yours easy to write.
Ratezing asks your users at the moments you choose, straight from your product through the API or webhooks, and gives them one page with the sites they already use. Every review plants a tree, whatever it says.

Questions software teams ask us
Straight answers about setting Ratezing up in a software company.
Can our product start the request?
Yes. Call the API or send a webhook when an account reaches a milestone, or connect through Zapier or Make. The request knows the user’s name, email, phone and language, nothing else.
Does Ratezing show a review prompt inside our app?
No. Ratezing sends its own email or SMS with a link to your review page. Nothing runs inside your product.
Which review sites do software companies usually use?
B2B products usually start with G2 and Capterra, mobile apps with the App Store and Google Play. Trustpilot is there too, and you choose which ones your review page shows.
We have several products. Can each one have its own page?
Yes. Set each product up as its own location, with its own review page, links and reports.
Every user has a story about your product. Let them tell it.
