Reviews for healthcare practices

New patients read reviews before they call. Let your patients write them.

Ratezing asks your patients after the appointment, by text or email, with a short general message and one page of the sites they already use. You choose who gets asked. Every review plants a tree, whatever it says.

  1. After the appointment

A short text or email after the visit, addressed to the patient by name, sent when you choose. It mentions the visit, never the treatment.

  2. At reception

Once the patient has paid or booked their next visit, reception sends the request from the counter computer in seconds.

  3. Across your practices

Each practice has its own review page, links and QR code, so every review counts for the team that earned it.

Where patients look

Google first. The rest, if you want them.

Most patients look on Google first. Facebook, Yelp and Yellow Pages can sit on the same review page, and each patient picks the site they already use.

Questions practices ask us

Straight answers about setting Ratezing up in a healthcare practice.

What does a request know about the patient?

Their name, email, phone number and language. Nothing about their treatment or records.

Can we choose which patients get a request?

Yes. You decide who is asked, whether you send one at a time from reception, upload a list, or connect your booking software through the API, Zapier or Make.

Can patients tell us something privately instead?

If you turn it on, the review page offers a private message below the review sites. Every patient sees the same sites and the same option.

We have several practices. Can each one have its own page?

Yes. Every location gets its own review page, links and QR code, and reports show them side by side.

Every appointment is a chance to be found. Let your patients tell it.
