Healthcare

Plenty of people are nervous about the dentist. Other patients’ words help.

Someone looking for a new dentist wants to know how they’ll be treated in the chair. Ratezing sends each patient a short request after the visit, so they hear it from people who already come to you.

  1. A full book, sent in one go

Upload the day’s appointment list, match its columns and schedule the requests for the next day, at your usual send time.

  2. When the next check-up is booked

Reception sends the request at the desk, and can undo it before it goes if they picked the wrong patient.

  3. Regular visits, asked once

A patient who was asked recently isn’t asked again, so regulars don’t get a message after every hygiene visit.

Questions practices ask us

Straight answers about setting Ratezing up in a healthcare practice.

Will patients get a request after every check-up?

No. If a patient was asked recently, Ratezing won’t ask again, even if they’re back in for a hygiene visit.

Can the message avoid mentioning treatment?

Yes. A request only knows the patient’s name, contact details and language, so it never mentions the treatment.

Do we need to install anything at reception?

No. The front desk runs in the browser. A manager sets up the counter computer once, and reception sends from there.

Every appointment is a chance to be found. Let your patients tell it.
