Reviews for veterinary practices

Pet owners read reviews before they book. Make yours easy to leave.

Ratezing asks every client after the visit, by text or email, and gives them one page with the sites they already use. Every review plants a tree, whatever it says.

  1. After the appointment

A text or email after the visit, addressed to the owner by name, sent when you choose.

  2. At the front desk

Checkout done? Reception sends the request in seconds from the counter computer, with no sign-in at every shift.

  3. Across your clinics

Each clinic has its own review page and links, so every review counts for the practice that earned it.

Where pet owners look

Google first. The rest, if you want them.

Google is where most clients look first. Facebook, Yelp and VetRatingz can sit on the same review page, and each owner picks the site they already use.

Questions vets ask us

Straight answers about setting Ratezing up in a practice.

Can we ask by text instead of email?

Yes, when the client has agreed to receive texts. You can send by email, SMS or both, and the request links to the review page for the clinic they visited.

Do we need to install anything at reception?

No. The front desk runs in the browser. A manager sets up the counter computer once, and reception sends from there.

Which review sites do vets usually use?

Most clinics start with Google and Facebook. Yelp and VetRatingz are there too, and you choose which ones your review page shows.

We run several clinics. Can each one have its own page?

Yes. Every location gets its own review page, links and QR code, and reports show them side by side.

Every visit is a chance to be found. Let your clients tell it.
