Hospitality & dining

Four rooms, and every guest counts. So does every review.

In a small guesthouse you know each guest by the second breakfast. Ratezing sends a request addressed to each guest by name after they leave, so the next traveller hears from the people who stayed.

  1. Sent from your phone

Send a request once the car has pulled out of the drive. It takes a name and an email or number.

  2. One reminder, then quiet

If a guest doesn’t open the first message, a reminder follows. Once they click through, the reminders stop.

  3. Trees from every stay

Every review plants a tree, and your impact page shows guests the forest your house has grown.

Questions restaurants and hotels ask us

Straight answers about setting Ratezing up in a restaurant, hotel or bar.

Our guests book through Booking.com and Airbnb. Can they review there?

Yes. Put those sites on your review page next to Google and Tripadvisor, and each guest picks the one they booked through.

I run the place on my own. Is it a lot of work?

No. A request takes under a minute after each stay, or connect your booking calendar through Zapier or Make so it goes out by itself.

Can guests tell me something privately?

If you turn it on, the review page offers a private message below the review sites. Every guest sees the same sites and the same option.

Every guest leaves with a story. Let them tell it.
