Local retail

People choose a boutique for the service. Let them say so.

A good boutique remembers sizes, puts things aside and calls when the new stock is in. Ratezing asks each customer after they buy, so the people walking past hear from the people who came in.

  1. While you wrap it

Staff send a request as they wrap the purchase, and can undo it if they picked the wrong customer.

  2. After a busy weekend

Upload the weekend’s customer list and schedule the requests for the next day, at your usual send time.

  3. Reviews on your website

Show recent reviews on your site with one snippet, in a light or dark theme that suits your shop.

Questions shop owners ask us

Straight answers about setting Ratezing up in a shop or showroom.

Not every customer gives us an email. Can we still ask?

Yes. The QR code at the till or in the bag works without any details.

Will a regular be asked every time they come in?

No. If a customer was asked recently, Ratezing won’t ask again, however often they come back.

Can customers send us a private message instead?

If you turn it on, the review page offers a private message below the review sites. Every customer sees the same sites and the same option.

Every customer walks out with an opinion. Give it somewhere to go.
