Online retailers

A new visitor has never heard of you. Your customers can change that.

Most visitors to an independent store arrive from a search or an ad and know nothing about you. Ratezing asks every customer after delivery and shows recent reviews on your store, so the next visitor hears from people who already bought.

  1. When the order arrives

A webhook or a Zapier or Make step starts the request when your store marks the order delivered.

  2. Last week’s orders, in one go

Export last week’s orders, upload the list, and schedule the requests for the next day, at your usual send time.

  3. Reviews on your store

Add a grid, carousel or floating widget with one snippet, in a light, dark or automatic theme to suit the shop.

Questions online sellers ask us

Straight answers about setting Ratezing up for an online store.

Is there a Shopify app?

No. Your store starts requests through webhooks, Zapier or Make, and the website widgets go in with one snippet.

Will a customer who orders twice in a week get two requests?

No. If a customer was asked recently, Ratezing won’t ask again.

Can customers send us a private message instead?

If you turn it on, the review page offers a private message below the review sites. Every customer sees the same sites and the same option.

Every order is a chance to be found. Let your customers tell it.
