Real estate

Tenants and owners both have a say. Ask them at the right moments.

Property managers are judged on the everyday: how fast a repair is sorted, how a move-in goes. Ratezing asks tenants and owners after those moments, so the reviews reflect the work you do all year.

  1. When a repair is closed

Your maintenance software can start a request through the API, Zapier or Make once a job is marked done.

  2. After move-in

Upload the month’s move-ins and schedule the requests for a few days later, once tenants have settled in.

  3. Building by building

Set up each building or portfolio as a location, with its own review page, QR code and reports.

Questions agents ask us

Straight answers about setting Ratezing up in an agency.

Will a tenant who reports lots of repairs get lots of requests?

No. If a tenant was asked recently, Ratezing won’t ask again.

Can we put a QR code in the building?

Yes. Every location has a QR code for its review page, for the lobby, the noticeboard or the welcome pack.

Can tenants contact us privately instead?

If you turn it on, the review page offers a private message below the review sites. Every tenant sees the same sites and the same option.

Every move is a chance to be found. Let your clients tell it.
