Nobody plans a burst pipe. They search, and they read.

Most plumbing jobs start with a search and a quick look at what others said. Ratezing sends a request after every job, from the van or the office, so the next person with water on the floor hears from your last customers.

  1. Before the next call-out

Send the request from your phone as you pack up, while the customer still remembers your name.

  2. Night call-outs, asked in the morning

Upload the night’s emergency jobs as a list and schedule the requests for the next day, at your usual send time.

  3. On the invoice

Print your review page QR code on invoices and on the van, so customers can review whenever they’re ready.

Questions tradespeople ask us

Can customers tell us something privately?

If you turn it on, the review page offers a private message below the review sites. Every customer sees the same sites and the same option.
