Beauty & wellness

Members come back every week. Ask them once, at the right time.

A studio sees the same faces again and again, and new members still search before they join. Ratezing asks each member at a moment you choose, a few weeks in or after a course, and doesn’t ask them again too soon.

  1. A member list at a time

Upload your member list, match its columns, and schedule the requests for the next day, at your usual send time.

  2. Asked once, not every class

However often a member comes in, Ratezing won’t ask the same person again too soon.

  3. From your booking system

Start requests from your class booking software through the API, webhooks, Zapier or Make.

Questions salons and studios ask us

Straight answers about setting Ratezing up in a salon, spa or studio.

When should we ask a new member?

That’s up to you. You might wait until they’ve been to a few classes, or ask when an intro course ends. You choose who gets a request and when.

We run several studios. Can members pick theirs?

Yes. Each studio has its own review page, and one business page can let members choose the studio they go to.

Can we show reviews on our website?

Yes. Add a grid, carousel or floating widget with one snippet, in a light, dark or automatic theme.

Every appointment is a chance to be found. Let your clients tell it.
